Economist Intelligence Unit's Which MBA publishes a ranking of the
top 100 full-time MBA programmes for 2008.
Two European schools head the list but American Business Schools
still dominate the top positions by numbers present (of a specific
country).
Compared to two years ago Europe more than doubled its number of top
10 business schools to five however.
