Business School Profile
The University of Glasgow Business School has a reputation built on almost fifty years of business and management education. In keeping with the university’s centuries of tradition in innovation, the School has regularly revised and updated its teaching and research activities.
The School is itself a partnership in that it represents four academic departments: Economics, Finance and Accounting, Management Studies and Urban Studies who form the School faculty.
Students are viewed as participants in the learning process and there is a strong emphasis on applied learning to achieve the twin goals of "theory into practice" and "understanding into results".
Participants are selected on the basis of the knowledge and experience they will contribute as well as receive and programme intakes are limited to provide a high level of individual attention.
