Scholarships and Awards by Business Schools
Several Business Schools offer MBA scholarships and MBA awards to local and international students.
However the majority of Business Schools only offer tuition funding that covers the entire, or a significant percentage of the tuition fee. Living expenses, which can be very high in the major cities, are often not covered.
Some Business Schools have started special scholarship scheemes aimed at a prospect student target group, such as MBA scholarships for women, MBA scholarships for engineers or funding for students from developing countries.
MBA Funding by Charities, Foundations and Interest Groups
In addition there are several organisations, charities, foundations and other interest groups that offer scholarships and awards. The majority of MBA scholarships or awards only cover a percentage of the overall costs of completing the MBA degree program.
Funding by Banks - Student Loans
Several larger banks offer special MBA loans, repayable over a longer period of time. Some Business Schools have set up special loan arrangements.
